Horizontal Boring Services offer a one stop shop for subcontract manufacturing, fabrication and welding.

We offer a precision engineering manufacturing service, as well as a welding shop with industry leading capabilities, catering for everything from single components through to complete assemblies. We can also undertake any NDT as required as well as any other finishing process that may be required.

We specialise in all aspects of valve manufacture, from machining valve bodies, bonnets and internal components, to welding seats, bypass valves, cuffs etc into bodies. We also have the capability to overlay components with Stellite. We are fully ASME approved and have worked on Nuclear and Defense projects.

Although our core strength is working with valves, we have expanded our business to support various other industries such as filtration, lifting, rail network, food and more. This has opened us up to working with various different materials and on batches ranging from 1 - 250.
